Job Responsibilities:
∎ • Providing 2nd level logical troubleshooting support for nationwide infrastructure backbone and access network (L2, MPLS L2/L3, and FTTX, and L2/L3 services of Telco, ISP, IIG, ICX, IGW, Govt. etc. customers
∎ • Leading 2nd level logical support team
∎ • Level-2 network monitoring, preventive maintenance and performance analysis of L2/L3, GPON and MPLS network and taking actions to fix the issues
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ CCNA and CCNP certification is preferred for this position
∎ Good understanding of technical troubleshooting
∎ Very good understanding on IP networking technologies and protocols (OSPF, ISIS, BGP, LDP, MPLS, LDP, VLAN, RSTP, MSTP, QoS etc.), and Layer2, Layer-3, MPLS VPNs etc. services.
∎ Excellent computer skills with proven proficiency in MS office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
∎ Fluency in English with excellent written and verbal skills
