Job Responsibilities:
∎ Design and implement technology solutions by directly coding in various languages / frameworks
∎ Leverage design patterns for databases and or other required UML, following an Agile approach to software development
∎ Utilize automated testing techniques.
∎ Program solutions adhering to coding standards, procedures, and security protocols.
∎ Contribute to the overall code base, technical documentation and provide third-line application production support
∎ Collaborate and manage development teams
∎ Monitor collaborative coding (git commands) on Bitbucket
∎ Work with CEO and any other senior engineer or team lead, for project research & planning
∎ Plan and track delivery timelines, provide technical expertise and leadership throughout a project life cycle to ensure the final software meets the customer's quality expectations.
∎ Deliver monthly volume forecast & capacity planning and handle resource management including planning and hiring if needed
∎ Oversee operational responsibilities including workflow management, process improvement, as well as track quality assurance status and training needs.
∎ Engage with clients to clarify quality and project requirements, discuss edge cases and receive early quality feedback for changes (such as new annotation types to manage data).
∎ Plan and implement work process improvement measures such as ensuring deployment partitions (DEV, PROD & QA environment), test-driven development, automated testing, use of CICD & implementation of microservice architecture
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ At least 3 years of Full Time Work Experience
∎ Extensive data modeling and data architecture skills
∎ Programming Experience in PHP / Java
∎ Additional Programming Experience in Python
∎ Experience working in an Agile environment Familiar with:
∎ DEPLOYMENT PARTITIONING
∎ BRANCHING STRATEGY
∎ CICD
∎ KUBERNETES
∎ MONOLITHIC vs MICROSERVICE ARCHITECTURE
