Job Responsibilities:
∎ Collaborate with the development teams, especially teams involved in AI / ML projects to deploy scalable data pipelines in production.
∎ Work with CEO and any other senior engineer or team lead, for project research & planning
∎ Plan and track delivery timelines, provide technical expertise and leadership throughout a project life cycle to ensure the final dataset & software meets the customer's quality expectations.
∎ Deliver monthly volume forecast & capacity planning and handle resource management including planning and hiring if needed
∎ Oversee operational responsibilities including workflow management, process improvement, as well as track quality assurance status and training needs.
∎ Engage with clients to clarify quality and project requirements, discuss edge cases and receive early quality feedback for changes (such as new annotation types to manage data).
∎ Plan and implement work process improvement measures such as ensuring deployment partitions (DEV, PROD & QA environment), test driven development, automated testing, use of CICD & implementation of microservice architecture

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 27 to 45 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ At least 3 years of Work Experience
∎ Extensive data modeling and data architecture skills
∎ Programming experience in Python, R or Java
∎ Background in machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow or Keras
∎ Experience working in an Agile environment
∎ Advanced math skills (linear algebra, Bayesian statistics, group theory)
∎ Strong written and verbal communications

Salary:
∎ Tk. 50000 - 80000 (Monthly)
∎ Salary Negotiable & Subject for Raise (Depending on Work Experience Level)
