Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc from CSE or any other relevant subject.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare and implement software test plans, test designs, test objectives, test cases, and test reports.
∎ Prepare test data
∎ Test execution and issue reporting
∎ Investigate all reported issues and categories them.
∎ Follow Quality Control processes according to the Industry Standard practices.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 22 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Knowledge of the SDLC & STLC in an Agile environment, quality assurance, and software testing
∎ Good knowledge about different applications and systems like mobile app, enterprise systems, ERP, etc.
∎ Sound knowledge of different test types and test levels like unit, integration, functional, system, smoke, regression test, etc.
∎ Nice to have hands on experience on different black box test case design techniques like Boundary Value Analysis, Equivalence partitioning, State Transition Testing, Decision Table Testing, etc.
∎ Good knowledge of any bug tracking tools like JIRA, Trello, Redmine, etc.
∎ Strong communication skills with all the key stakeholders to ensure QA vision is understood and implemented correctly.
∎ Good skill in English, both writing and speaking
∎ Nice to have knowledge of SQL and scripting
∎ Nice to have Professional Certification in SQA like ISTQ.
