Educational Requirements:
∎ Minimum graduate in Social Science or any other related field.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
Job Context:
∎ Department/Unit: Program
∎ Accountability: Manager, Sponsorship
∎ Tenure of Services Contract: 08 (Eight) Months
∎ Working Conditions: Required 85% frequent field visit and 15% at Country/Project Office
Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 2 years of working experience in International NGO /national NGO in Sponsorship department.
∎ Experience Photography.
∎ Field based data collection, data entry in software, tracking and identifying quality of information/data
∎ Position requires language skills in both English and Bangla at an advanced level.
∎ Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills
∎ Broad knowledge and awareness of current issues and trend in the field of development
∎ Knowledge on Child Rights
∎ Standard Knowledge on Photography
Salary:
∎ Monthly Consolidated Salary BDT 27,400 (Taka twenty-seven thousand four hundred) only;
Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ Additional Allowance (Based on Performance and successful completion of the tenure of services) and Group Insurance.
