Responsibilities & Context:

• Inspect speech therapy rooms, equipment, and environment on a daily basis

• Maintain therapy diaries, patient lists, and daily appointment schedules

• Prepare therapy materials, documents, and teaching aids based on patient needs

• Plan and conduct speech therapy sessions according to patient age and condition

• Provide quality therapy services with adequate session time

• Conduct primary screening and assessment of patients

• Evaluate and counsel patients referred by physicians

• Provide specialized therapy services for autism, cochlear implant children, and other special cases

• Prepare and submit therapy session reports in prescribed formats

• Schedule therapy sessions and assist in fee collection processes

• Supervise and train junior therapists and team members

• Monitor patient progress and conduct parent counseling sessions

• Perform any other duties assigned by the management
