• Provide a variety of treatments including but not limited to massage therapies, facials, manicures, pedicures, body scrubs, wraps, and hydrotherapy.

• Conduct thorough consultations with clients before treatments to assess their needs and recommend suitable therapies.

• Create a welcoming, relaxing atmosphere by delivering excellent customer service, ensuring guests feel at ease throughout their experience.

• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, sanitation, and organization in the treatment rooms, spa facilities, and equipment.

• Demonstrate expertise in the spa products and services offered, and recommend home care products for clients to maintain their wellness routines.

• Stay updated with the latest industry trends, treatments, and techniques through training and continuous learning.

• Keep accurate records of treatments, client preferences or sensitivities for future reference.

• Train the spa management team to ensure smooth operations of the spa.
