∎ Minimum HSC Completed

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 7 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Chef

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Work on Menu Items Research ,Innovation, Development and execution with collaboration to Executive Chef and other Kitchen Staffs
∎ Supervise food production and delivery to the guest accordingly
∎ Maintain kitchen staffing as per the correct shift with the manned in all stations for the smooth running of the shifts
∎ Maintain daily ordering and inventory accordingly
∎ Keeping and tracking the wastage record and maintain that proper recipes usage
∎ Follows Food Safety, Sanitation and Hygiene Standard and ensures its in regular practices
∎ Manage and work closely with all cooks,
∎ Create menu items and determine food inventory needs.
∎ Involves in staffing of the kitchen
∎ Forecast on supply needs and estimating costs.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Efficient in the kitchen and production of consistent, quality food.
∎ Able to handle Guest concern and suggestion.
∎ Must have 7 years of experience in similar field where as 2 years in same position.

Salary: Negotiable
