• Age At least 25 years

• Must have experience in IT Infrastructure, Cloud, and Microsoft Modern Work solutions, with at least 3 years in an architecture or lead consulting role.

• Deep technical expertise in:

  Microsoft 365 (Exchange, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive)

  Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS/DHCP, Group Policy

  Azure AD / Entra ID, Intune, Defender Suite

  Hybrid Identity, Conditional Access, and Zero Trust Framework

  Azure Infrastructure & Virtualization (VMs, Storage, Networking)

• Strong understanding of enterprise migration projects, including Exchange/AD/SharePoint hybrid integrations.

• Experience in preparing HLD/LLD, migration plans, and architecture documentation.

• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

• Hands-on experience with PowerShell, Azure CLI, or automation scripting preferred.

Job Summary:
The Solution Architect – Modern Work & Hybrid Cloud leads the design and delivery of secure, scalable workplace modernization and hybrid cloud solutions. Combining deep Microsoft ecosystem expertise with strategic technical vision, the role ensures alignment between customer goals and Microsoft best practices to enable efficient, collaborative hybrid environments.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Solution Architecture & Design

   • Design end-to-end Modern Work and Hybrid Cloud solutions across Microsoft 365, Azure, and on-prem infrastructures.

   • Develop HLD/LLD documents and ensure scalability, security, and compliance.

2. Technical Leadership & Project Governance

   • Lead technical teams through design, deployment, and migration phases.

   • Provide oversight, quality assurance, and support pre-sales technical proposals.

3. Customer Engagement & Advisory

   • Act as a trusted advisor to CIOs and IT leaders; conduct workshops and technical assessments.

   • Present modernization strategies and guide cloud adoption journeys.

4. Security, Compliance & Governance

   • Embed Zero Trust and Microsoft security principles into architectures.

   • Define governance for identity, compliance, and data protection using Microsoft Purview and Defender.

5. Collaboration & Continuous Improvement

   • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for integrated solutions.

   • Mentor engineers, stay current with Microsoft technologies, and develop reusable frameworks.
