Job Responsibilities:
∎ Oversee the end-to-end delivery of solar projects, from initial design and engineering to procurement and construction.
∎ Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure successful project execution.
∎ Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning, to ensure project success.
∎ Manage and coordinate contractors and subcontractors, including managing RFP processes and selecting vendors.
∎ Develop and maintain project documentation, including project plans, specifications, schedules, and budgets.
∎ Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, codes, and standards.
∎ Monitor and report on project progress, risks, and issues to internal and external stakeholders.
∎ Implement and maintain project management best practices, including risk management, change management, and quality control.
∎ Manage and maintain relationships with project stakeholders, including customers, partners, and contractors.
∎ Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through effective communication, timely delivery, and quality workmanship.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 25 years

∎ Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, or a related field
∎ Minimum of 4 years of experience in solar project management or related field, with a focus on EPC delivery
∎ Strong knowledge of solar technologies, project development, and financing
∎ Proven experience in managing the end-to-end delivery of solar projects, from initial design to final commissioning and operation.
∎ Strong project management skills, including budget management, resource planning, and risk management.
∎ Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
∎ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
∎ Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
∎ Willingness to travel as needed to project sites.
