Experience:

• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Electrical & Electronic Engineering

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical & Electronics Engineering (EEE) Must Have MBA or Masters in Relevant field.

• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Manufacturing (Light Engineering and Heavy Industry), IT Enabled Service, Engineering Firms, Garments, Electronic Equipment/Home Appliances, Inventory/Warehouse

• Experience in OPEX and CAPEX-based projects

• Hands-on experience in Generator, Solar, and Grid Synchronization

• Good understanding of Solar Monitoring Systems (SCADA / Remote Monitoring)

• Capability to design ground-mounted, tin shed, and rooftop solar structures

• Ability to independently prepare BOQ (Bill of Quantities)

• Knowledge of cable sizing and electrical system design

• Experience in earthing calculation and grounding design

• Willingness to conduct regular site visits

• Experience:

• 5–10 years of experience in solar or renewable energy projects

• Proven experience in ground-mounted solar PV project execution

• Strong knowledge of EPC contracts, BOQ preparation, and project controls

• Skills & Competencies:

• Project planning and scheduling

• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills

• In-depth knowledge of solar PV systems, inverters, trackers, and grid integration

• Experience with string connections, AutoCAD, PVsyst, or equivalent simulation software

• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities

• Experience in completing a total of 15 MW of solar rooftop projects under one's own supervision will be preferred.

• Plan and manage end-to-end execution of ground-mounted, rooftop, and tin-shed solar PV projects

• Prepare project schedules, budgets, and resource planning

• Coordinate with EPC contractors, vendors, consultants, and site managers

• Oversee civil, structural, electrical, and commissioning activities

• Ensure compliance with project drawings, technical specifications, and safety standards

• Monitor project progress, risks, and cost control

• Conduct site inspections and resolve technical and execution issues

• Ensure HSE compliance and maintain quality assurance at project sites

• Prepare and submit project reports to management and clients

• Manage project documentation, approvals, and project handover

• Travel frequently to different project sites as required
