Education:
    • Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science & Engineering
    • Master of Science (MSc) in Computer Science & Engineering
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in .NET Desktop Application Support & Development with C# and Oracle Database.

Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in C#, .NET Framework, WinForms/WPF.

  • Strong skills in Oracle Database (PL/SQL programming, query optimization, performance tuning).

  • Hands-on experience with WCF Services (SOAP & REST).

  • Knowledge of Crystal Reports / RDLC Reports for desktop applications.

  • Familiarity with software troubleshooting techniques and SDLC processes.

  • Experience with version control tools (Git, TFS) is an added advantage.



Responsibilities & Context:
  • Provide technical support for in-house .NET desktop applications across various hospital departments.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve application, database, and integration issues promptly to minimize downtime.

  • Develop, maintain, and optimize WCF Services for seamless system communication.

  • Write, test, and optimize Oracle PL/SQL components (Packages, Procedures, Functions, Triggers, Views) for performance and scalability.

  • Work closely with the development team to roll out software updates, enhancements, and bug fixes.

  • Perform root cause analysis for recurring system issues and recommend permanent solutions.

  • Maintain detailed and structured documentation of support activities, solutions, change logs, and known issues.

  • Provide end-user training and create user manuals to ensure effective system usage.

  • Implement application performance monitoring and proactive maintenance routines.

  • Ensure data security and compliance with hospital IT policies and relevant regulations.

  • Be prepared to provide 24/7 support in case of critical system incidents or emergencies.
