∎ Experience with SQL and data manipulation languages.
∎ Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
∎ Familiarity with data migration tools and platforms.
∎ Ability to work independently and as part of a team
∎ Programming experience in .NET/Java and/or experience with Oracle/MS SQL databases
∎ Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and familiarity with remote desktop and help desk software
∎ Knowledge of scripting languages for data manipulation and automation.
∎ Excellent communication in English, proactive, and interpersonal skills· Familiarity with ticketing systems (such as ServiceNow)
∎ Good-to-have experience with SLA-based projects and technical knowledge of PLM/SAP/ERP systems.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Collaborate with stakeholders to understand data migration requirements and objectives.
∎ Analyze existing data structures and identify data migration needs.
∎ Extract data from source systems.
∎ Analyze data and take confirmation in each use-case from the data.
∎ Transform and cleanse data to ensure compatibility with the target system.
∎ Load transformed data into the target system.
∎ Validate data integrity and accuracy post-migration.
∎ Identify and resolve any data migration issues or discrepancies.
∎ Conduct thorough testing of migrated data to ensure it meets quality standards.
∎ Document migration processes, methodologies, and results.
∎ Provide regular updates and reports to stakeholders on migration progress.
∎ Deep understanding of PDM/PLM systems, data structures, and migration methodologies to ensure a seamless transition with minimal disruption to business operation
∎ Proficiency in data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes
∎ Facilitate communication and coordination between teams and ensure successful project completion
