• Ability to learn and adapt to new software applications and technologies quickly



Responsibilities & Context:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for users experiencing software-related issues, inquiries, or requests.

• Diagnose and troubleshoot software problems reported by users, utilizing available resources and knowledge bases.

• Provide timely and effective resolution to software issues through remote assistance, phone support, or onsite visits.

• Document and track software support cases, including details of reported issues, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions.

• Collaborate with software developers and quality assurance teams to investigate complex technical issues and identify root causes.

• Escalate unresolved issues to senior engineers or development teams, following established escalation procedures.

• Develop and maintain technical documentation, user guides, and knowledge base articles to facilitate self-service support.

• Conduct software testing and quality assurance activities to ensure software updates and patches are deployed successfully.

• Assist in the deployment and configuration of software applications in production and testing environments.

• Provide training and guidance to end-users on software functionality, best practices, and troubleshooting techniques.

• Proactively identify recurring issues or trends and recommend improvements to software applications or support processes.
