  • Minimum 5-8 Years of hands-on experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the software industry.
  • Strong knowledge of business software solutions (Accounts, HRM, CRM, PMS, and Inventory Software).
  • Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and networking skills.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing tools is a plus.
  • Prior experience in software companies or related domains is preferred.
  • Practical working skills are prioritized over academic qualifications.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Capable of managing multiple clients efficiently.
  • This is a full-time role with a 3/6-month probation period.


Responsibilities & Context:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve company goals.

  • Identify and engage potential clients, managing the sales process from initial contact to final deal closure.

  • Create marketing plans and campaigns to promote Somikoron IT Ltd.’s software solutions.

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the market.

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships while delivering exceptional customer service.

  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients.

  • Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities to drive strategic decisions.

  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly activity and performance targets
