Position Overview

We are looking for a proactive and results-oriented Sales & Marketing Executive with at least 1 year of direct customer engagement experience. The successful candidate will play a key role in driving the adoption of Calquick among small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in Bangladesh.

This role offers opportunities for career growth, hands-on experience with innovative digital products, and performance-based incentives for achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Client Acquisition & Engagement: Proactively contact potential clients via calls and in-person meetings to showcase the value of Calquick.
  • Product Demonstrations: Conduct tailored demonstrations to highlight Calquick's features and benefits according to client needs.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong long-term client relationships while identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
  • Proposal Development & Negotiation: Prepare customized proposals, negotiate terms, and close deals to meet revenue objectives.
  • Market Intelligence: Gather insights on market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform sales strategy.
  • Target-Based Incentives: Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets to qualify for performance-based incentives.
