∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science & Engineering
∎ Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.

Requirements:

Additional Requirements:
∎ Proven 4 years’ experience in software quality assurance, with a strong understanding of software testing principles, methodologies, and techniques.
∎ Proficiency in manual and automated testing tools, such as Selenium, JUnit, TestNG, or similar.
∎ Hands-on experience with test automation frameworks and scripting languages, such as Python, Java, or JavaScript.
∎ Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git), continuous integration/delivery pipelines, and defect tracking systems (e.g., Jira).
∎ Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities.
∎ Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
∎ Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
∎ Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development environment is a plus.
∎ Relevant certifications (e.g., ISTQB) are desirable but not required.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts to thoroughly evaluate software functionality and performance.
∎ Conduct manual and automated testing to identify defects, verify fixes, and ensure overall product quality.
∎ Collaborate with software developers to understand product requirements and design test strategies that effectively validate software functionality.
∎ Participate in requirements review, design review, and code review meetings to provide feedback and ensure testability of software features.
∎ Document test results, track defects, and communicate findings to cross-functional teams in a clear and concise manner.
∎ Investigate and troubleshoot reported issues to determine root cause and implement corrective actions.
∎ Continuously improve testing processes and methodologies to enhance efficiency, effectiveness, and reliability of software testing efforts.
∎ Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to software testing and quality assurance.
∎ Collaborate with quality assurance team members to share knowledge, mentor junior testers, and promote a culture of quality throughout the organization.
