Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Identify and qualify potential customers through cold calls, emails, and networking.
∎ Build and maintain a sales pipeline using CRM tools.
∎ Explain and demonstrate the features and benefits of software products to potential customers.
∎ Conduct product demos and presentations (in-person or virtual) tailored to client needs.
∎ Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
∎ Act as the main point of contact for customers, ensuring they receive timely updates and support.
∎ Prepare proposals, quotes, and contracts based on customer requirements.
∎ Negotiate pricing, terms, and agreements to close sales deals.
∎ Keep up with industry trends, competitor products, and customer preferences.
∎ Provide feedback to the product and marketing teams to refine offerings and strategies.
∎ Meet or exceed sales targets and quotas.
∎ Regularly update sales performance reports and forecasts for management.
∎ As a Software Sales Representative, you will drive the sales of software solutions and services to businesses or individuals. You will focus on building relationships with potential clients, understanding their unique needs, and presenting tailored software solutions to meet those needs. Success in this role requires a deep understanding of the software products, strong communication skills, and the ability to close deals efficiently.
∎ Key Responsibilities:
∎ 1. Sales Prospecting & Lead Generation:
