We are hiring a Software Quality Assurance Engineer (Trainee) to test our iOS and Android mobile applications and Web platforms. We’re looking for someone SMART, a quick learner, and truly dedicated. Job Responsibilities:

• Perform manual testing of iOS & Android Apps.

• Documentation of software defects, using a bug tracking system and reporting defects to software developers using JIRA.

• Research and analyze product features being tested.

• Study and Implement new tools, technologies, and testing processes as per industry standards.

• Review user interfaces for consistency and functionality.

• Identify, isolate, and track bugs throughout testing.

• Identify any potential problems that users might encounter.

• Monitor bug resolution efforts and track successes.

• Ensure technical accuracy, compliance, or completeness to mitigate risks.

• Provide the QA Lead with accurate and precise estimates for test automation activities, along with confidence levels and foreseeable dependencies.
