Job Context:
∎ Have to lead and direct team of marketing members towards reaching and exceeding stated activities and overall team performance goals, processes and efficiencies.
∎ Have to manage both team and individuals through the understanding and detailed navigation of targeted marketing initiatives strategies and tactics.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To evaluate and develop the marketing strategy for all internal plans and external clients.
∎ To plan, direct, and coordinate marketing efforts.
∎ To work with sales representative to develop sales strategies to maximize profits while balancing customer satisfaction.
∎ Have to manage budgets and invoices for all internal brands.
∎ Have to lead marketing and sales team and ensure team members are clear on priorities, timelines and project requirements.
∎ To create an environment that encourages excellence, innovation, and strong business performance.
∎ To establish performance standards for team members and monitor progress.
