Experience:

• 5 to 7 years

• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science & Engineering
• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Information Technology

• PMP or equivalent project management certification is a plus.

• Solid technical background, with understanding or hands-on experience in software development, web technologies, and DevOps practices.

• Proficiency in at least one programming language (e.g., PHP, Python, ReactJS, NEXTJS).

• Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.

• Strong organizational skills, including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills.

• Strong working knowledge of project management tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum).

• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Lead the planning and implementation of software development projects.
• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
• Develop full-scale project plans, timelines, and milestones using appropriate tools.
• Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for flawless execution of projects.
• Manage project budget, resource allocation, and project timelines.
• Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals.
• Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Report and escalate issues to management as needed.
• Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
• Foster strong client relationships and manage stakeholder expectations.
