Additional Requirements:
  • Good academic results or highly skilled in English communication.
  • Basic understanding of sales principles and digital marketing concepts.
  • Basic knowledge of LinkedIn and social media platforms.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, CRM software) is a plus.
  • Proficiency in computer skills. Self-motivated and highly proactive.
  • Ability to quickly learn new marketing tools and techniques.
  • Knowledge of the IT/Software/Tech industry would be an added advantage.


Responsibilities & Context:

Lead Generation & Market Research:

  • Conduct market research to identify and qualify leads.

  • Attend networking activities to research and connect with prospective clients.

  • Assist in generating leads through cold outreach and social media.

  • Collaborate on new strategies for lead generation.

Digital Marketing:

  • Support in executing digital marketing campaigns on social media, email, and SEO.

  • Help develop content for blogs, social media posts, and marketing materials.

  • Support team efforts on LinkedIn and other media platforms.

  • Monitor and analyze marketing campaign performance, providing insights for improvement.

Sales Support & Client Support:

  • Familiarize yourself with all products and services offered by SOFTEKO.

  • Identify and reach out to potential clients via email, calls, and social media.

  • Procure new clients through direct contact, word-of-mouth, and collaboration with the marketing department.

  • Assist with email communication, documentation, and preparing client proposals.

  • Craft business profiles and contracts to draw in more revenue from clients.

  • Negotiate with clients to secure the most attractive prices.

  • Suggest upgrades or additional products/services that may be of interest to clients.

  • Review client feedback and implement necessary changes to improve customer satisfaction.

Collaboration & Team Support:

  • Coordinate interviews, meetings, team activities, and company events.

  • Equip staff with the technical and social skills needed to enhance sales.

  • Assist in preparing reports on sales and marketing efforts.

  • Remain in tune with marketing trends to ensure our offerings stay relevant.
