Bachelor’s degree in Design, Interaction Design, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of proven UI/UX design experience.
Strong portfolio demonstrating design thinking, problem-solving, and UI/UX design skills.
Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, In Vision, or similar.
Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction.
Ability to present your designs and sell your solutions to various stakeholders.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Up-to-date with the latest UI/UX trends, techniques, and technologies.
Responsibilities & Context:
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with product managers and developers to define and implement innovative solutions for product direction, visuals, and experience.
Execute all visual design stages from concept to final hand-off to engineering.
Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.
Conduct user research and evaluate user feedback.
Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices, and standards.
Ensure the design and user experience align with the overall product strategy and objectives.
Stay up-to-date with the latest UI/UX trends, techniques, and technologies.
