∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments, Software Company, Textile

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Leading the development team in the design, development, coding, testing and debugging of applications
∎ Managing all the activities of the software development team and set goals for each team member to ensure timely project delivery
∎ Keep up to date with the latest development software
∎ Hire and train new developers
∎ Provide guidance to the team and ensure they adhere to development standards
∎ Ensure proper documentation

Additional Requirements:
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Experienced in leading development teams
∎ Extensive experience in developing, deploying, and integrating software solutions
∎ A good mentor and coach
∎ Possess excellent problem solving, analytical, and communication skills
∎ Experiences in digitization from paper-based processes to software solutions in organizations
∎ Agile experience: Jira, Scrum and other agile methodology
∎ Programming knowledge of SQL / Java / Dot net.
