∎ Skills Required: C Sharp, HTML5 & CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery, MS SQL Server , ReactJS
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 4 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Project Management, Software Project Management, Web Developer/ Web Designer
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
E-commerce, Software Company
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Successfully running teams of developers and QA Engineers to deliver projects on time
∎ Working with multidisciplinary team to understand their strengths and get the work done in the most efficient manner
∎ Project management in Kanban, Agile methodology
∎ Track record of clearly gathering requirements from the client and prepare project plans
∎ Distribute work across the team based on experience and ensure that the deadlines are met
∎ Experience of working on enterprise level web based application projects built on C# / .NET / React / PHP is a plus
∎ Experience of working the project management tool such as Trello, Jira, Teamwork
Additional Requirements:
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Ability to work with the team to understand development issues and find/propose solutions
∎ Ability to suggest improvements to the deployment processes to maximise the workflow
∎ Ability to create requirements for the Dev Ops team to improve performance of websites
∎ Manage a team of highly skilled developers and QA engineers across two locations
∎ Run daily standup with the team to track the progress of different tasks
∎ Provide update to stakeholders of the ongoing status of the projects
∎ Gather requirements for upcoming work and liaise with multiple team members to plan the project and timeline
∎ Ensure that the highest efficiency and quality is achieved by continuously monitoring the team performance and assign the right task to the right engineer
Salary: Negotiable
