- Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, .NET, Python, or similar.
- Proven experience as a Software Architect or in a senior development role.
- Experience with enterprise-level applications and distributed systems.
- Strong expertise in ERP systems and network automation frameworks.
- Expertise in network protocols, SDN principles, and automation for ISP-grade equipment.
- Hands-on experience with network automation tools (Ansible, Netconf, REST APIs, SDN controllers).
- Proficiency in microservices architecture, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), DevOps practices, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Solid understanding of cloud platforms, database design, and API-driven integrations.
- Knowledge of security best practices and compliance standards.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Knowledge of DevOps practices and Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
- Excellent in problem-solving and communication skills.
Responsibilities & Context:
Job Context:
The Software Architect will be responsible for designing and development of scalable, secure, and high-performing software and applications. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise, leadership skills, and the ability to align technology with business goals focusing on implementation of automation tools for critical network and enterprise systems. Key Responsibilities:
- Guide the software and application development teams in implementing architectural solutions and ensure adherence to design principles.
- Design and implement automation tools for network/systems like Router, Switch, OLT, BRAS/BNG, Server, Firewall, AntiDDoS and enterprise systems like AAA, Billing, MIS, Ticketing and ERP
- Ensure seamless integration between ERP, network and system automation, and existing infrastructure.
- Define and maintain architecture for ERP systems and network automation platforms.
- Design integration strategies for complex systems and third-party services.
- Ensure applications meet performance, security, and scalability requirements.
- Optimize solutions for cloud deployment and ensure scalability and high availability.
- Implement security best practices for applications and network automation tools.
- Research and recommend new tools, frameworks, and technologies to improve operational efficiency.
- Create and maintain architectural diagrams, technical documentation, and design specifications.
- Work closely with network engineers, business analysts, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
