Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in relevant field
Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 4 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ With the PO develop and implement effective supervision mechanism for ensuring quality program implementation in the field;
∎ Support Project Officer to monitor input-process-output of activities in the field.
∎ Communication with CBCPC and adolescent clubs -daily basis & monthly basis
∎ Need to follow up, monitoring and cooperation of work plan/action plan of CBCPC and adolescent clubs (Should be continuous process)
∎ Communication/coordination with Upazila level USSO and UWAO (monthly basis)
∎ Communication with Tea garden management (monthly basis)
∎ Life Skill Base Education (LSBE) training follow up (continuous process)
∎ Communication/coordination with Child Friendly Police Officer, Probation Officer and Victim Support Center
∎ Stipend follow up (continuous process)
∎ CCT follow up (continuous process)
∎ Impact of CD session follow up (continuous process)
∎ Prepare new list of children at risk for CCT and stipend with the help of CBCPC and adolescent club and must inform local chairmen regarding all activities.
∎ Regular Case management and participate in monthly Case Conference.
∎ Provide report on time
∎ Communication with government counterpart (monthly basis)
∎ EPI center follow up (monthly basis)
∎ Collect information regarding birth registration within 45 days of birth and how many children are birth (monthly basis)
∎ Ensure that programs/ project activities are implemented in a way that best provides significant benefits to all stake holders/ beneficiary.
∎ Support and assist in data collection of program activities for research and others as needed
∎ Any other tasks assigned by the supervisor.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ At least 3-4 years practical working experience. Particularly in child rights related issues, community engagement, vulnerable children, case management and referral to appropriate service
∎ Well acceptance to the community
∎ Good verbal and written communication skill in Bangla
∎ Ability to understand and communicate with the rural community people
∎ Ability to work independently, under pressure and deliver on time
∎ Proven ability to work as a team member
∎ Proven commitment to gender equality and other human rights issues
Salary: Tk. 22000 (Monthly)
Compensation & Other Benefits:
