Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Customer Counseling:
∎ Respond to customer inquiries, questions, and complaints via social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, etc.).Provide expert guidance and counseling to customers regarding products/services, resolving issues with empathy and efficiency.Monitor and track customer feedback, ensuring timely follow-ups and resolutions.Escalate complex issues to the appropriate departments when necessary.Receptionist Duties:Act as the first point of contact for social media interactions and direct customers to the correct channels as needed.Handle appointment scheduling, confirmations, and cancellations via social media platforms.Maintain a welcoming and professional tone while interacting with customers online.
∎ Social Media Management:
∎ Develop and implement a content calendar for all social media platforms to engage and inform customers.Create and curate engaging content (posts, stories, videos) that aligns with the company’s brand voice and values.Monitor social media metrics to gauge engagement and adjust strategies accordingly.Handle community management tasks, including interacting with followers, addressing concerns, and fostering positive online relationships.Stay up to date on trends and social media best practices to keep the company’s social presence relevant and engaging.Reporting & Strategy:Track social media interactions and report on customer sentiments and engagement trends.Collaborate with marketing and customer service teams to refine strategies and ensure the best possible customer experience.
