Job Responsibilities:
∎ Create and implement social media marketing strategies and campaigns across various platforms (e.g. Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.)
∎ Manage day-to-day activities on social media platforms, including content creation, community management, and engagement
∎ Monitor and analyze social media metrics and insights to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly
∎ Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, PR, and creative, to develop and execute integrated social media campaigns
∎ Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in social media marketing, and share insights and recommendations with internal teams
∎ Create and manage social media advertising campaigns, including targeting, ad creation, and optimization
∎ Manage social media budgets and expenses, and report on ROI and campaign performance

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 22 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Proven experience as a Social Media Executive or similar role, with a strong portfolio of social media campaigns and content
∎ Excellent communication skills, with the ability to write engaging and persuasive social media content
∎ Strong analytical skills, with experience using social media metrics and insights to inform strategy
∎ Familiarity with social media advertising tools, such as Facebook Ads Manager and LinkedIn Campaign Manager
∎ Experience managing social media budgets and expenses
∎ Creative and innovative thinker, with a passion for staying up-to-date with the latest social media trends and best practices.

Salary: Tk. 20000 - 30000 (Monthly)
