Job Context:
∎ The candidate should be able to speak comfortably over the phone with students every day and process for Admission enrollment.
∎ We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Telesales Student Counselor to join our team.
∎ As a Telesale Student Counselor, you will be responsible for connecting with potential students over the phone and guiding them through the enrollment process.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Make outbound calls to potential students to provide information about admissions and answer any questions they may have.
∎ Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all calls, interactions, and enrollments in our CRM system.
∎ Develop and maintain relationships with prospective students and provide ongoing support throughout the enrollment process.
∎ Achieve and exceed weekly and monthly enrollment targets
∎ Collaborate with other departments to ensure a smooth and efficient enrollment process for students.
∎ Continuously learn and stay up-to-date on our educational programs, policies, and procedures to provide accurate and relevant information to prospective students

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply

Salary:
∎ Tk. 12000 - 15000 (Monthly)
∎ Attractive Sales incentive on Target achievement.

∎ Salary Review: Half Yearly
