Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Manage and grow the brand’s presence on social platforms.
∎ Develop and execute a social media strategy aligned with business goals.
∎ Create, schedule, and publish content across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, etc.).
∎ Monitor trends and adapt content accordingly.
∎ Create content calendars and content strategies (blog posts, emails, videos, social media, etc.).
∎ Perform SEO research and optimize content.
∎ Analyze performance (traffic, conversion rates, time on page).
∎ Repurpose content across multiple formats/channels.
∎ Collaborate with sales/product teams to align messaging.
∎ Track and analyze performance metrics (reach, engagement, follower growth, etc.).
∎ Collaborate with designers, influencers, and ad specialists.
∎ Stay updated on platform algorithms.
