• Age 25 to 36 years

• Minimum 2 years of professional experience in social media marketing (organic management + paid ads, not just boosting), which must be demonstrated during an online interview on platforms like Facebook and Instagram.
• Able to plan and execute a marketing strategy for Meta platforms (both paid and organic).
• Must be able to optimize social media for maximum growth and success
• Experience in strengthening LinkedIn profiles is a plus; candidates should be willing to familiarize themselves if not experienced.
• Google Ads experience is a bonus but not required.
• Must be at least 25 years old. Candidates under 25 will mostly be rejected.
• Strong content strategy, campaign planning, analytics, and reporting skills.
• Excellent communication and ability to work in an on-site/hybrid team.
