Requirements:
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Lead and coordinate graphic designers, video editors, and creative staff to produce daily engaging content.
∎ Manage social media content calendar for all Raju Law brands (including sister concerns).
∎ Write and review English copy for social media posts, videos, ads, and web content.
∎ Collaborate with U.S.-based attorneys and legal staff to publish accurate immigration updates.
∎ Oversee voice-over scripting and content narration for legal explainer videos.
∎ Ensure visual and copy consistency across all platforms including Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube.
∎ Brainstorm new digital campaign ideas and adapt U.S. immigration topics for South Asian audiences.
∎ Maintain deadlines and deliverables across teams in different time zones.
∎ Exceptional English writing and speaking skills — must be near-native fluency.
∎ Deep understanding of social media platforms (Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and others).
∎ Experience in legal, immigration, or educational content is a strong advantage.
∎ Ability to manage remote collaboration and work with U.S. legal teams.
∎ Familiarity with Canva AI, Freepik AI, ChatGPT, Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro is a plus (not mandatory).
∎ Minimum 2–4 years of experience in social media content creation or digital marketing.
∎ Demonstrated experience in copywriting, English content editing, or voice script writing.
∎ Leadership experience with content/creative teams is a plus.
∎ Bachelor’s or Master’s in English, Journalism, Marketing, or related field.
∎ Candidates with foreign university education or proven language excellence are highly encouraged.
