• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Environmental Science
• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Civil Engineering

Bachelor Degree in Social Science or equivalent

• At least 8 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Real Estate

• Total Work Experience: 08(Eight) years.

• 05 (Five) years' experience in resettlement and social impact management including monitoring and responding to risks related to labor influx and GBV, as well as experience with Grievance Redress Mechanisms (GRM).

• Experience in JICA, ADB, WB or Agency funded project for at least one project.
