Job Responsibilities:
∎ This position will have to manage all clients' social commerce needs and help close the loop of their customers' purchase journey.
∎ S/he is responsible for facilitating meetings with clients, monitoring analytics.
∎ Meet with clients to gauge their needs.
∎ Brief the social media team on the needs of clients.
∎ Delegate specific tasks to team members.
∎ Ensure that team members adhere to deadlines.
∎ Work with Marketing Team to execute campaigns and projects.
∎ Monitor analytics for campaigns.
∎ Create analytics chart and case studies.
∎ Provide feedback and solutions to clients.

Additional Requirements:
∎ To be successful as a Social Commerce Specialist, a person must have excellent knowledge of several social media platforms and have excellent communication skills.
∎ At least 3 years of experience in eCommerce, online sales & marketing or social commerce.
∎ Excellent knowledge of social media networks such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter, as well as eCommerce platforms.
∎ Knowledge of analytics tools.
∎ Excellent communication skills.
∎ Ability to multitask.
∎ Excellent time management skills.
