Educational Requirements:
∎ The applicants should have a diploma degree (3 years) from a Polytechnic Institute or any equivalent training institute on different types of trade like -
∎ Textile and tailoring including dying or Electronics and electrical engineering or Carpentry/Chef and baking/ Handicraft

Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 2 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Coordinate with staff, host community pre-vocational training instructors in ensuring respective implementation plans in line with the project requirements and standards.
∎ Provide technical support to the pre-vocational instructors from host community on skills development related program interventions.
∎ Support pre-vocational training instructors to generate working documents to facilitate project implementation.
∎ Motivate and ensure teamwork among pre-vocational instructors for greater ministry impact, in the Multi-purpose adolescent center.
∎ Ensure quality in rolling out of the pre-vocational and occupational skill training within the established Multipurpose Children and Adolescent learning centres.
∎ Track and manage activity to ensure timely and cost effective project implementation.
∎ Participant in project management meetings, camp level education engagements and working group meetings within the respective camps.
∎ Identify capacity gaps for pre-vocational training instructors and work with the Education Coordinator and Manager to ensure needs are met
∎ Mobilize community meetings with children and key stakeholders at all implementation levels
∎ Build the capacity of pre-vocational instructor on delivering the training with quality, help them to plan their training as per children's need and
∎ Ensure quality training by pre-vocational instructor with active participation in the Multipurpose Centre.
∎ Handle visitors including donors, support office and national office staff, stakeholders, in line with the child protection policy and behavioral protocol.
∎ Support the Education Coordinator to produce timely, accurate, compliant and quality reports
∎ Provide information for projects design, implementation, monitoring and reporting.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 28 years
∎ A minimum of 1-2 year experience in working in TVET programs.
∎ Good English communication skills (both oral and written)
∎ Strong interpersonal relationship and team building back ground
∎ Excellent analytical, documentation, problem solving, interpersonal and negotiation skills
∎ Possess the ability to work with different partners, local authorities, local organizations and NGOs, to develop and maintain positive collaboration and relationship.
∎ Must be ready to work in a multi-cultural environment
∎ Familiar with adolescent and youth development initiatives.
∎ Appropriate communication skill and approachable
∎ Must have no history of violation of children rights
∎ Cross-cultural sensitivity, flexible worldview, emotional maturity and physical stamina
∎ Ability to work in and contribute to team building environment
∎ Working with computer
∎ Past exposure to the Rohingya refugee situation and context with host community regrading skill development of youth and adolescent
∎ Awareness of disaster risk reduction
∎ Past experience working in team and collaboration with partners
∎ Experience of supervision and monitoring.

Salary: Tk. 55000 (Monthly)
