Additional Requirements:
∎ You should have at-least 12 years of experience in large scale International Humanitarian emergencies with demonstrated understanding of the phases of humanitarian response including preparedness and contingency, Disaster Risk Reduction, response and recovery. You will be able to take into account the needs, skills, capacities and experience of crisis-affected people and apply these in the response. You should have experience in site needs assessment and analysis. Knowledge of Core Humanitarian Standards, Sphere and Red Cross Code of Conduct, and HAP will be key to be successful in this role.
