- Candidates with experience in high-rise residential projects will be given preference.
Skills & Competencies:
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and project documentation.
- Strong understanding of construction drawings and specifications.
- Effective leadership, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.
- Excellent communication and reporting ability.

Job Responsibilities:
- Supervise day-to-day construction activities and ensure work progress as per project schedule.
- Oversee structure and finishing works maintaining superior quality standards.
- Coordinate with Project Engineers, Architects, and Subcontractors to ensure design compliance.
- Verify material quality and monitor labor performance at site.
- Prepare daily and weekly progress reports for management.
- Ensure health, safety, and environmental standards are strictly followed at the site.
- Assist in BOQ preparation, estimation, and cost control.
- Support site inspections, handover, and quality audits.
Salary:
Negotiable (based on experience and qualifications)
