• Diploma in Civil in Civil Engineering

• Diploma in Civil Engineering from any reputed institution.

• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Real Estate

• Age At least 25 years
• Only Male

Experience Requirements:

• 3 to 4 years of real estate construction site experience (structure & finishing mandatory).
• Candidates with experience in high-rise residential projects will be given preference.

Skills & Competencies:

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and project documentation.
• Strong understanding of construction drawings and specifications.
• Effective leadership, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.
• Excellent communication and reporting ability.

Job Responsibilities:

• Supervise day-to-day construction activities and ensure work progress as per project schedule.
• Oversee structure and finishing works maintaining superior quality standards.
• Coordinate with Project Engineers, Architects, and Subcontractors to ensure design compliance.
• Verify material quality and monitor labor performance at site.
• Prepare daily and weekly progress reports for management.
• Ensure health, safety, and environmental standards are strictly followed at the site.
• Assist in BOQ preparation, estimation, and cost control.
• Support site inspections, handover, and quality audits.

Salary:

Negotiable (based on experience and qualifications)
