Responsibilities & Context:
Role & Responsibilities:
- Preparing Plan & Design, CAD Drawings, Prepare Project Estimate, Site Supervision
- Provide Construction Consultation to Client & Landowner, Manage Contractors & Site, Daily Report to Company Directors, Solving the Issues and Problems etc.
- In charge of planning, design, and Construction Project site management.
- Ensure design according to architectural plan/design and building standards & Compliance with handover with in schedule timeframe.
- Contribute to building a safety culture & contributes to achieve “Zero accidents”
- Contributes to implementation of safety relevant principles, standards, rules and procedures
- Challenging for the development of process engineering and technology related know- how under superior supervision.
Working Hours: ８:30～18:00 (Friday only)
