• Strong project management skills to oversee construction projects from start to finish.
• Effective communication skills for coordinating with multiple stakeholders.
• Problem-solving skills to address and resolve any issues that arise during construction.

• Manage the construction of a Garments Washing Plant including the Effluent Treatment Plant (ETP), ensuring all work meets industry standards and environmental regulations.
• Oversee the execution of the project, ensuring compliance with design specifications, safety regulations, and project timeline.
• Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure the smooth operation and timely completion of the project.
• Monitor the progress of construction activities and provide regular updates and reports to the management.
• Possess in-depth knowledge of ACCORD and ALLIANCE standards for construction, ensuring the project comply with these industry-specific safety and quality requirements.
• Proficient in the latest version of AutoCAD software, capable of creating, modifying, and reviewing technical drawings and plans.
