∎ Years of experience in site acquisition or real estate, preferably in QSR/retail.
∎ Strong negotiation, communication, and organizational skills.
∎ Requires travel across Bangladesh.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Identify and evaluate potential sites.
∎ Negotiate lease agreements with property owners as per instruction of superiors.
∎ Ensure sites meet specific requirements:Minimum 300 sq ft with a 12 rft front.20kw 3-phase electric line.Water in/out line.Floor tiles and concrete ceiling.
∎ Maintain regulatory compliance.
∎ Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders
