Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Civil Engineering, Deed of agreement, Land Acquisition, Land and Legal, Negotiation Skills, Site Engineering

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Directing and overseeing building acquisitions, leasing and site locations required to set up new facility or hub.
∎ Acting as a point of contact for the space owner, govt. regulatory organization and the management.
∎ Preparing and submitting of application and agreement to the landlord.
∎ Managing and working closely with service owners and contractors/ vendors/ municipalities/ owners to finalize the location and fulfil the necessary contractual obligations.
∎ Ensuring detailed documentation of the site acquisition which includes the lease agreements and permits. Handover all services/sites/documents to Admin/Finance to continually carry out the remaining works/processes.
∎ Providing site acquisitional proposals for selecting land/space according to the requirement.
∎ Candidates with Site Engineering/ Civil Engineering will be given preferance.
