∎ At least 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Marketing, Relationship Management/ Key Account Management, Retail Stores/ Shops, Sales
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Direct Selling/Marketing Service Company, Furniture, Furniture Manufacturer, Interior Design, Retail Store
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Managed and supervised all the functioning departments which includes sales, customer service and bill collection.
∎ Look after the total customer service by solving any kinds of problem to ensure optimal satisfaction
∎ Receive and receipt a variety of payments and other cash and cash-related transactions
∎ Verify and post to appropriate accounts; issue receipts.
∎ Prepare cash receipts for bank deposit; prepare daily cash reports and balance the cash drawer; reconcile cash, check, and credit card receipts daily, and investigate and resolve any out-of-balance problems.
∎ Grow sales profit, and to motivate staff to achieve the same goal
∎ Ensure awareness and account for competition, retail sector trends and current trading opportunities.
∎ Develop, implement , review and monitor the retail operating plan and budget
∎ Maintain, seek, utilize and analyze management information to manage performance, seize opportunities and make informed management decisions towards driving business
∎ Ensure that the showroom efficiently and effectively managed, and monitoring the compliance with policy, procedure and standards
∎ Develop and grow a customer focused commercial operation.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 25 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ Must have experience in furniture industry.
∎ Must have knowledge in Board and wooden furniture sales.
∎ Must have experience in Showroom Maintenance.
∎ Proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and internet.
∎ Eagerness to take challenge and work under stress.
∎ Excellent priority setting and organizing skill.
∎ Should have strong interpersonal and management skill.
Salary: Negotiable
