Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA)
∎ MBA/MBS in Accounting from any recognize University
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Managing sales by developing a business plan that covers sales, revenue, and expense controls.
∎ Prepare detailed Business Plan and formulate Sales Strategies for the showroom.
∎ Have Experience in Retail Sale, Hire Sale, and corporate Sale & Dealer Sale.
∎ Have Capable to collect the due balance with every month Stock counting.
∎ Have Capable to prepared Income statement & Balance sheet every month for management.
∎ Enhance business outputs from existing clients and explore new clients for business expansion.
∎ Achieve the monthly/quarterly/annual sales target. Ensure order collection and sales in the maximum number of clients.
∎ Achieve company revenue and profit target with proper planning & execution.
∎ To ensure strong presence, visibility & dominance of company products.
∎ To prepare own sales forecasting activities and set performance goals accordingly.
∎ Execute all the sales and promotional activities.
∎ Perform overall showroom operation activities including accounts with showroom Administration.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Electric goods showroom management with Accounts maintaining.
∎ Related with showroom operation.
∎ Relevant field with electronics goods.
∎ Excellent Interpersonal and Communication Skills.
∎ Excellent Negotiation and Influencing Skills.
∎ Customer orientation and customer service.
∎ Very much friendly with a social communication platform
∎ Good Leadership skills.
∎ Self-motivated & have the ability to work as a team leader
∎ Have strong communication skills, both in Bengali & English.
∎ Should have experience on ERP/Tally/Accounting software.
∎ Conversant in computer with good knowledge of Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel, etc.
∎ Showroom experience like (Walton, Singer, or LG) as a manager, assistant manager, or Sr. sales executive with recordings of accounting transactions will get preference.
