∎ Minimum of 3 years of retail sales or showroom management experience
∎ Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
∎ Strong leadership and team management skills
∎ Ability to analyze data and make strategic decisions
∎ Proficient in Microsoft Office and retail management software
∎ Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays as needed
∎ Requirements:

∎ Managing staff: Leading, mentoring, and supervising the sales team and support staff
∎ Customer service: Providing exceptional customer service and addressing customer inquiries
∎ Sales: Setting sales goals and targets, and driving sales and profitability
∎ Marketing: Collaborating with marketing designers to develop marketing strategies
∎ Merchandising: Designing and maintaining product displays
∎ Inventory: Monitoring inventory levels and coordinating with suppliers for stock replenishment
∎ Logistics: Coordinating logistics with warehouses for delivery and installation
∎ Policies and procedures: Maintaining and following company policies and procedures
∎ Opening and closing: Assisting with opening and closing procedures
∎ Reporting: Sales Reporting and Reporting any problems, discrepancies, or unusual situations.
∎ Entry: Billing, selling and meeting sales targets. Any data entry by software.
