Responsibilities & Context:
দায়িত্বসমূহঃ
শোরুমের পণ্য এবং পরিষেবা সম্পর্কে কাস্টমারকে জানানো।
কাস্টমারকে পণ্য/পরিষেবা প্রদর্শন করানো।
বিক্রয় কর্মক্ষমতা পর্যালোচনা করতে হবে।
পণ্য সাজানো।
পণ্যের স্টক নিতে হবে।
শোরুম ম্যানেজার কে পণ্যের স্টক সম্পর্কে জানতে এবং সহযোগিতা করতে হবে।
শোরুম এর পণ্য পরিষ্কার এবং সাজিয়ে রাখতে হবে।
শোরুম পরিষ্কার রাখতে হবে।(জাড়ু দেয়া, মোবিং করা , দোকানের ময়লা ফালানো এবং সাটার লাগানো)
অবশ্যই বিক্রয় লক্ষ্যমাত্রা অর্জন করতে হবে।

অফিস টাইমঃ সকাল ৯.০০ মিনিট - রাত ৯.০০ মিনিট পর্যন্ত (১২ ঘন্টা)।
ঈদ উল ফিতরে- বেতনের ফুল বোনাস এবং ঈদ উল আযহার -বেতনের হাফ বোনাস।
কোনো প্রাকার অযথা ছুটি গ্রহন যোগ্য হবে না। অতিরিক্ত সিরিয়াস ইস্যু ব্যতীত।
সাপ্তাহিক বন্ধ শুক্র বার।
বিক্রয় কমিশন -(মিনিমাম বিক্রয় লক্ষ্য মাত্রা ৬ লাখে ১ % কমিশন *বিক্রয় লক্ষ্য মাত্রা সময় সাপেক্ষে বৃদ্ধি হতে পারে )
