Job Summary: We are seeking a responsible and vigilant Project Supervisor to oversee daily operations at our Mirsarai Sand Stock site. The primary responsibility is to accurately record all outgoing sand deliveries (Challan writing), manage the loading process, and strictly supervise the site security team. Priority will be given to candidates who are permanent residents of Mirsarai or the immediate surrounding areas.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Logistics & Challan Management (Primary Duty):

• Challan Writing: Manually prepare and issue delivery challans for every truck leaving the site. Ensure all details (Date, Truck Number, Driver Name, Time) are recorded accurately.

• Quantity Calculation: Accurately measure and calculate the quantity of sand loaded onto trucks to ensure the challan matches the actual delivery.

• Loading Supervision: Oversee the truck loading process to prevent wastage or overloading.

2. Security Management:

• Staff Supervision: Directly supervise the Security Guards. Assign their duty rosters to ensure one guard is active during the Day Shift and the other during the Night Shift without gaps.

• Site Safety: Ensure the stock point is secure from theft or unauthorized entry.

3. Reporting & Administration:

• Daily Reports: Submit a daily report to the Head Office summarizing total trucks dispatched, total cubic feet (cft) of sand delivered, and any site incidents.

• Stock Monitoring: Visually monitor the sand stockpile and notify the Head Office immediately when stock levels are running low.

• Dispute Resolution: Handle minor on-site issues with truck drivers or locals professionally.

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Residency: Must be a local resident of Mirsarai or nearby areas. (Candidates who can commute easily from home will be preferred).

• Education: Minimum HSC or Graduate preferred. Must have good handwriting and basic mathematical skills.

• Experience: 1–3 years of experience in construction site supervision, logistics, or stock management is a plus.

• Skills:

  • Ability to calculate cubic feet (CFT) for sand.

  • Strong leadership skills to manage security staff.

  • Honesty and integrity (critical for handling challans).
