Responsibilities & Context:
Manage the everyday operations of a showroom including, sales, marketing, accounts, inventory, customer relations & care with strong supervision.
Instruct staff on how to handle difficult and complicated sales. Monitor sales activities to ensure that customers receive satisfactory services.
Keeping inventory and sales records for head office. Plan and coordinate advertising campaigns and sales promotions.
Achieving monthly sales target.
Giving daily assignments to coworkers at the outlet.
Maintaining a beautiful and clean environment in the outlet.
Giving coworkers training to boost sales. Arranging weekly meetings to talk about problems and upcoming improvements.
