Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage the everyday operations of a showroom including, sales, marketing, accounts, inventory, customer relations & care with strong supervision.
∎ Prepare the necessary documents and submit to the management and customers.
∎ Ensure delivery within the committed time to the customers and coordinate after sales services.
∎ Ensure proper housekeeping, product cleanliness and product display as per planogram.
∎ Provide proper leadership to fellow team members.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ The candidate should have at least 1 year of work experience as In-charge in a showroom
∎ Knowledge of call centre and chat support will be appreciated.
∎ Pleasant personality, smart & good-looking.
∎ Good communication and leadership skill.
Salary: Tk. 15000 - 25000 (Monthly)
Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ Performance bonus, Over time allowance
∎ Salary Review: Yearly
∎ Festival Bonus: 2
