Job Context

Alphaeshop is a growing retail brand specializing in home appliances, ceiling fans, lights, and related products. The Showroom Manager/Assistant Manager plays a vital role in ensuring smooth daily operations, excellent customer experience, and achievement of monthly sales targets. This role requires leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills to manage showroom staff, maintain proper product display and stock, and drive performance in line with company standards.


Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise overall showroom operations, including sales, customer service, display, cleanliness, and staff discipline.

  • Achieve monthly sales targets through proactive selling, customer engagement, and effective team management.

  • Ensure every customer receives proper product information, assistance, and after-sales support as per company guidelines.

  • Monitor daily sales records, invoices, and cash handling to maintain accuracy and transparency.

  • Coordinate with the head office for stock requisition, product delivery, and promotional campaign implementation.

  • Oversee showroom product arrangement, lighting, and presentation to enhance visual appeal and brand impression.

  • Train, guide, and evaluate showroom staff to improve performance and maintain service standards.

  • Handle customer complaints tactfully and ensure timely resolution in coordination with the Customer Service team.

  • Maintain security and operational checks, including locking systems, switch control, and safety compliance.

  • Report daily sales summaries, visitor feedback, and operational issues to the management.
